Purchase terms.

 

Payments.

Purchases may be paid by bank transfer or through paypal and the order will arrive directly to your address by registered mail. If the customer wishes other shipping method, it has to be notified via email at info@elenaperezjoyas.com.

 

Delivery.

All pieces are handmade and they require manufacturing time, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days from the reception of payment. It may be reduced depending on availability and workload. I am not responsible for any delay in delivery of the pieces if they are caused by reasons beyond my control. (post office).

For special orders, please consult delivery time.

If you have a special event and you need a particular delivery date, let me know and I will contact you regarding availability.

 

Shipping costs.

Islands, Ceuta and Melilla - 8€

Other destinations, please consult me.

 

Canges and refunds.

For any exchange there is a period of 5 days from receipt of the article, to communicate with me via e-mail.

The exchange policy is allowed as long as:

-the item and packaging are undamaged.

-the customer can choose another piece within a month. (Same price as original piece or higher).

-the exchange costs are paid by the customer.

-the custom made jewels can not be returned or exchange.

Refunds are not accepted

 

Modifications.

Handmade jewels are subject to minor changes. These changes will be communicated to the customer beforehand.

 

Special orders.

Special orders are paid 50% in advance, and the remaining amount will be paid upon delivery.

If these orders are canceled the advance amount will not be refunded.
